Bookings Desk
Growth channels for established B2B firms

When a stranger finally says yes, whose desk does the conversation land on?

Most firms can say where their last good customer came from. A referral, a booth, a friend of a friend. Few can say where the next one comes from. We build the channels that reach buyers who have never heard of you, run them until they start real conversations, and pass each one to your people with the file already open.

A network is not a system.

Your growth so far was earned. People trust you, so they refer you. You stand at the right shows, so the right people stop by. That is a network, and it is worth a lot. It also has a ceiling. It grows when your relationships grow and goes quiet when they do.

A system keeps producing when nobody is at the show and nobody remembered to call. That is what we build.

There are four ways into a buyer who does not know you.

Outbound, content, referrals and paid. Most established firms run one of them well and leave the rest switched off. Before we suggest anything, we read your board as it stands.

An illustrative board. Yours will look different, which is why we read it first.

What arrives on your desk.

A booked conversation is worth little if your seller walks in cold. Every handoff we make carries a short record, written for the person taking the call.

Who
The person, their role, and the part of the business they answer for.
Why them
The reason we went to this person at this company, written in a sentence your seller can repeat.
The thread
Everything said so far, in their words and ours, in order.
Open question
What they want answered first. Your seller opens with it.
Agreed next step
What the buyer said yes to, and when. Nothing they did not agree to.

How the desk runs.

  1. Design

We map who buys from you, who should, and which channel reaches them. Every list is built from that map, never bought in bulk.

  2. Build

Each outbound message is written for one real person after we have read about them. A human reviews every one before it goes. Contact is consent based, and a single reply asking us to stop is final. Around it we build what a careful buyer checks: a site that answers their questions, press, short video, and search presence for the day they ask an AI tool for a shortlist.

  3. Run

We run the channels you never turned on and log every conversation. When a buyer is ready, the record goes to your seller and the conversation moves to your side of the desk.

  4. Hand over

Once the channels produce pipeline, you get the desk itself: the playbook, the data, the sequences, and your own people trained to run them. You own it outright.

Two seats at the same desk.

Would you like a read of your board first?

The buyer map is a short, free read of the channels you run, the ones sitting idle, and where an engine would fit. If we work together, we agree a baseline with you up front so you judge us against your own figures. No deck and no obligation.
